The complete portfolio of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane elements for industrial, municipal, and specialty water treatment.
DuPont FilmTec membranes are the global standard for reverse osmosis and nanofiltration performance. ForeverPure carries the complete DuPont FilmTec membrane portfolio, from standard brackish water and seawater elements to advanced FortiLife and Hypershell product lines. Whether you are designing a new system or replacing elements in an existing plant, we can supply the right FilmTec element for your application.
FILMTEC is the world's most trusted RO membrane brand, manufactured by DuPont Water Solutions (formerly Dow). Industry-standard performance with proven reliability across millions of installations worldwide.
Active area, permeate flow and stabilized salt rejection for every FilmTec element we supply, so you can size an array and compare candidates without opening a dozen datasheets. Figures are DuPont’s published values at their standard test conditions — actual performance depends on your feed, temperature, pressure and recovery, so confirm against a projection before specifying. Every element links to its full datasheet and current pricing on ForeverPure Place.
8-inch seawater elements for 600-1,200 psi SWRO trains. Higher rejection costs flow; higher flow costs rejection. Pick from the projection, not the headline number.

Note on the SWBR series: published permeate flow figures for the seawater brine concentrator elements vary with the test basis (600 psi versus 800 psi), and we could not confirm a single figure against DuPont’s current data sheet, so we have withdrawn ours rather than publish a number you might specify against. The 370 ft² (34 m²) active area is confirmed. Ask us and we will send the current data sheet.
8-inch brackish elements for 150-600 psi service. The PRO series is the current generation; XHR trades flow for the highest rejection in the family.

It depends on your feedwater (seawater, brackish, or tap), target rejection, and recovery. Share your water analysis and we'll recommend the correct element or design a complete system.
The FilmTec SWBR-200 is a seawater brine concentrator element — DuPont describes it as purifying and concentrating sodium chloride brine from SWRO desalination plants, at standard seawater feed pressure below 1,200 psig (83 bar). It has 370 ft² (34 m²) of active area. Published permeate flow figures for this family differ depending on whether they are quoted at 600 psi or 800 psi test conditions, so ask us for the current DuPont data sheet before specifying a flow — we would rather send the manufacturer’s sheet than have you size an array against a number we cannot verify.
SWBR elements are built for the high-salinity, high-pressure duty of a second-pass or brine-stage array, where the feed is already concentrated SWRO reject rather than raw seawater. They let a plant push overall recovery higher than a single seawater pass allows, which matters where intake or brine discharge volumes are constrained.
They sit at different points on the same flow-versus-rejection trade. SW30XHR-400i is the high-rejection choice at 99.82% and 6,000 GPD; SW30HRLE-400 balances at 99.8% and 7,500 GPD; SW30XLE-400 is the low-energy, high-flow option at 99.75% and 8,500 GPD. Higher flow per element means fewer elements or lower pressure, at the cost of a little permeate quality — which of those matters is decided by your permeate TDS or boron target, not by the headline number.
