ForeverPure commercial reverse osmosis water treatment system

Turnkey Water Treatment, Engineered to Your Application

For nearly three decades, ForeverPure Corporation has designed and manufactured commercial and industrial water treatment systems for hotels, food & beverage producers, manufacturing plants, healthcare facilities, farms, and municipalities worldwide. Every system is custom-built around your source water analysis, capacity needs, and site conditions — not pulled off a shelf.

We integrate proven components from the industry's leading brands — Grundfos, Danfoss, and CAT pumps; DuPont FilmTec, Hydranautics, Toray, and LG membranes; Fleck control valves; and King Lee antiscalants — into reliable, automated, energy-efficient systems backed by U.S.-based engineering and lifetime parts support through foreverpureplace.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a commercial water treatment system?

A commercial water treatment system is engineered equipment that purifies a building's or facility's water supply to a required quality standard. Depending on the source water and end use, it combines processes such as reverse osmosis (RO), multimedia and carbon filtration, ultrafiltration, water softening (ion exchange), and disinfection. ForeverPure custom-engineers each system to the customer's water analysis, flow rate, and application.

How much does a commercial or industrial water treatment system cost?

Cost depends on capacity (GPD), source water quality, the treatment processes required, and site conditions. Small commercial RO systems start in the low five figures, while large industrial and municipal plants run into six and seven figures. Because every system is custom-engineered, ForeverPure provides project pricing through a Request-for-Quote rather than fixed list prices.

What is the difference between commercial water filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis?

Filtration removes suspended solids, sediment, chlorine, and organics. Water softening uses ion exchange to remove hardness (calcium and magnesium) that causes scale. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved salts (TDS), producing high-purity water. Many commercial systems combine all three: pretreatment filtration, softening, then RO.

What capacity (GPD) commercial water system do I need?

Size is based on your peak daily water demand and recovery rate. ForeverPure builds commercial and industrial systems from roughly 1,000 GPD up to 1,000,000+ GPD. Share your application, source water type, and required output and our engineers will size the system for you.

Does ForeverPure provide installation, parts, and service?

Yes. ForeverPure delivers turnkey systems with engineering, commissioning support, and ongoing service. Replacement membranes, filters, pumps, and consumables are available through our online store at foreverpureplace.com, so facilities can maintain their systems with genuine OEM parts.
